Why an early shipping figure can change
Early shipping figures are useful for planning, but they are not a price lock. A final parcel can have a different chargeable weight or volume after packing. Destination, route eligibility, parcel contents and the services selected can also affect the live total.
That is why the right question is not “Why is there another payment?” but “What does this final parcel include, and what does the live route show for my destination?”
